Community Members and Neighbors, Sphear Investments, LLC is pleased to inform you that we have started the permit process to substantially remodel the Central Plaza shopping center, located at the northeast corner of Arneill Rd & Ponderosa Dr.

The purpose of this website is to inform you of the project and to solicit any early input you might have. The project will ultimately be reviewed and considered by the City of Camarillo Planning Commission.
